What's in my Hospital Bag?

Firstly, I can honestly say that I had no clue what to pack for me or my son. I looked up a few good sites that list everything from essentials to what to pack for your significant other.

I decided that simpler and less stressful would be the best packing plan for me. 

Documents:
-Insurance card
-ID
-Birth Plan
-Power of Attorney documentation

Hospital Bag: 

They recommend that you bring a "carry-on" sized bag and your diaper bag. My parents will be in the hospital with me so they'll be bringing food and their essentials also.

Room & Bathroom Essentials:

-1 Towel

-2 Wash cloths

-Pillow case (old; that can be ruined, left behind, or lost)

For Me:

-2+ pairs of PJ's

-Underclothing (multiples, old and can be ruined) 

-3+ pairs of Socks 

-Change of clothes (leggings, sweater, loose top, moccasins)

-"House" sweater (this is just my ugly warm sweater that I wear only in my house)

-Phone & wall charger

-Camera + bag and charger

For Baby:

-3+ sleeper sacks or onesies with feet

-Hat

-Diapers 

-Wipes 

-Nursing gear (pump, cover-up,etc.)

-Changing pad

-Swaddle blanket

-Mittens

Toiletries:(all travel size)

-Toothbrush

-Toothpaste

-Shampoo

-Conditioner

-Shower gel

-Deodorant

-Face wash

-Face & Body Moisturizer 

-Acne products

-Comb

-Razor
-Lip balm
-Overnight, extra long and absorbent pads

Medicines & Vitamins:

-Melatonin (natural sleep aid)
-Prenatal vitamins
-Ibuprofen 
-Tylenol

Essentials: 
-Mouth-guard & case
-Ear plugs
-MP3 

Makeup Bag: I intend to have photos taken while in the hospital room with my little man so I will just have my basic everyday makeup essentials with me, including brushes.
